Job description

• Responsible for the periodic financial reports
• Responsible for the accuracy of the Company’s financial reports
• . Ensures compliance with all control objectives put in place

• Ringo’s Accounting Policy and Standards

Job responsibilities

• Ensures that all reports are made in full compliance with all relevant Policy, Processes and Procedures
• Ensures that all accounting entries have been correctly captured and recorded
• Ensures the timely and accurate preparation of financial and management reports on a consistent basis: weekly, monthly and quarterly
• Ensures the Completeness, Accuracy and Correctness of all financial analysis of documents and transactions
• Ensures accuracy in the documentation and filing of accounting information
• Coordinate the provision of information/reports to external auditors for the annual audit
• Review invoices that has been sorted by the Account Officer(Control)
• Ensures a strong and consistent system of controls over accounting transactions and records.
• Ensures compliance with credit policy
• Provide information to the Sales Department to ensure prompt collection of receivables
• Provide regular status reports to Head of Finance and Client regarding the status of all debtors.
• Provide accurate and thorough ongoing cash projections, both internally and externally.
• Ensure that all advance payments are properly tracked, recorded and reported.
• Supervises all month-end and year-end accounting procedures including preparation of reports for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger.
Attend to the company’s external auditors, Federal and State Tax Auditors to meet statutory requirements

Qualification/grade required: • . Professional qualifications  (ICAN/ACCA) • Treasury Management • Payables management

Minimum years of experience: 1 years

Salary: N1.2-N1.8M
