Job description

The Role of the Distribution Executive is work with the Distributors Distribution personnel and HDM to ensure all orders raised by customers are fulfilled on a daily basis.
He would report Administratively to the HDM and Functionally to the Distribution Planning Manager who would provide guidance and support to him

Job responsibilities

•Work with the HDM to evaluate demand trends at the Hub level.
•Monitor the Distributors Inventory levels and work with Distributors to ensure availability of stock to meet customer’s orders.
•Work with the HDM to consolidate daily orders within the hub and plan shipments in conjunction with the Distributors Teams.
•On a daily basis liaise with the Distribution Planning Manager and Distributors Managers to prepare a consolidated distribution schedule at the hub level to meet customers’ orders.
•Monitor daily fulfillment or orders against orders received, evaluate the issues affecting order fulfillment, proffer and execute solutions to improve distribution at the hub level.
•Ensure that Key Distribution Metrics at the hub level are achieved
•Inter-phase regularly with Distributors Distribution Staff and provide guidance and Technical support to them to ensure they are proactively resolving all delivery issues.
•Periodically embark on route rides with the delivery drivers to evaluate the effectiveness of routing arrangements.
•Work with Distribution Planning Manager to continuous suggest improvement Initiatives to increase Efficiency, productivity and customer Service

Minimum years of experience: 2 years

Salary: Negotiable within the Org Pay Structure
